MEMBERS ONLY!  Members in good standing are invited to use this form to submit information (or revisions thereto) to be listed in the the Members' Family Names Exchange sponsored by GGS. Members may submit up to eight Family Names and two events (with date & location) for each of the eight surnames.

Acceptable events: birth, baptism, burial, census enumeration, death, divorce, heir, land grant, marriage, migration (from-to), probate, residence, sold or bought property, taxpayer, or will.

abt. = about (or circa) aft. = after b. born bap. = baptised
bur. = buried d. = died m. = married poss. = possibly
